Global Resources Direct is proud to offer tigernut flour and other flour products at wholesale and in bulk. Our bulk tigernut flour is gluten free and creamy white in color, with a typical tigernut flavor. Free from rancidity, unwanted flavors and aromas. Tiger nuts are small, tubular root vegetables that are native to Africa. They are not actually nuts, but rather a type of small, starchy root vegetable. Tiger nut flour is made with the tuber from the chufa sedge, which is why its also called "chufa." Tigernuts are also used to make a popular non-dairy milk alternative called horchata, which is a sweet, nutty-flavored drink that is popular in Spain and Latin America.

For storage, store in a cool, dry place protected from sunlight. Do not keep refrigerated.
